Custom software
Software built for how your business actually runs.
Apps for your phone. Portals your customers log into. Dashboards with your numbers on one screen. Desktop apps your team opens every morning. When the tools you can buy don't fit, we build the one that does.

What would you build if it fit exactly?
Pick who uses it, where it lives, and what it does. It builds as you click. When it looks right, send it to us and we'll talk it through on a 20-minute call.
A phone app your customers use to book a time, get reminders, and pay.
Sample screens. Yours gets designed around your business, not a template.
We map what it needs to do and give you a written plan and a fixed quote. The $1,499 is credited toward the build. Builds usually run $10,000+. Shopify stores usually $6,000–$8,000.
Book a callSomething we built
We built CeremonySync. All of it.
CeremonySync is software wedding venues use to run everything from the first inquiry to the wedding day. We designed it, built it, and run it. It’s live in the browser now, and we’re building the iPhone and Mac apps.
That’s the same work we’d do on yours.

How it works.
- 01
A straight first call.
What you're trying to do, what you use now, and where it breaks. If a tool you can buy already does it, we'll say so.
You bring: the tools you use today.
- 02
Scoping.
We map what it needs to do and give you a written plan and a fixed quote. $1,499, credited toward the build.
You bring: a yes or no.
- 03
We build it.
You see it early and often. If the plan changes, we agree the new scope before we build it.
You bring: feedback.
- 04
It goes live. It's yours.
Handed over in your own accounts. Then we keep it moving with Build Partner, from $499/mo, or hand you the code. Your call.
You bring: your team, to use it.
Is this right for you?
A great fit
- Your customers need to log in and do something
- You're stitching five tools together to run one process
- You can't see your numbers without opening four apps
- You've outgrown what a website builder can do
Not the right fit
- Software that stores or handles protected health information (PHI): patient portals, health intake forms, or medical records
- You need a marketing website. That's Get a Website.
- An off-the-shelf tool already does it. We'll tell you which one.
- You're still testing the idea with no budget behind it
One firm line: we don’t build software that stores or handles protected health information (PHI). No patient portals, no health intake forms, no medical records. We’re happy to build a practice’s website, marketing, and internal tools that stay clear of patient data.
Questions, answered.
- How is this priced?
- Every build starts with Scoping: $1,499, credited toward the build. It ends with a written plan and a fixed quote. Builds usually run $10,000+, and Shopify stores usually $6,000–$8,000. If the plan changes, we agree the new price before we build it.
- What happens after launch?
- Software is rarely finished. Build Partner reserves our time each month for new features, changes, and upkeep, starting at $499 a month. Or we hand you the code and you take it from there. Hosting is billed to your own accounts.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. The code, the data, and the accounts are yours. If you ever leave, any good developer can pick it up.
- Can you connect it to the tools we already use?
- Usually, yes. If a tool lets other software talk to it, we can connect to it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you before we start.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on what we're building. Scoping comes first: we map what it needs to do and give you a written plan and a fixed quote before the build starts.
- We're a healthcare practice. Can you build us a portal?
- Not one that holds patient information. We don't build software that stores or handles protected health information (PHI). We can build your website, marketing, and internal tools that stay clear of patient data.
